Rates
Rates quoted are on a per night, per room basis and are for room only. All meals, beverages and additionals are excluded such as telephone calls, faxes and spa services. All rates will be confirmed via a confirmation of reservation form shortly after making your reservation.

Reservations
As a small and exclusive boutique hotel which relies on advance bookings, full payment of the accommodation total must be received 30 days prior to the accommodation booking. Please note a reservation is not considered confirmed until a 50% deposit has been received. Upon receipt of your payment, you will be forwarded a confirmation of reservation from which time you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the intimate size of our hotel, cancellations affect us significantly, therefore we are forced to adhere to a strict cancellation policy. No credit or refund will be given in whole or in part for days not used resulting from late arrival or premature departure. In case of a cancellation, 50% of the TOTAL booking will be returned with at least 30 days notice minus any wire transfer fees. Notice must be received in writing by email or fax. There will be no refund for cancellations made 29 or fewer days prior to the arrival date. There are NO REFUNDS for Christmas/New Year's bookings from Dec. 21st to January 3rd. Given our need to adhere to the above cancellation policy, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL/TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE. A list of providers can be found at www.insuremytrip.com

No Children
Please note, we are an ADULT ONLY RETREAT. Exceptions are made with full resort rental only and based on children's age, as safety concerns for small children are an issue.

Responsibility/Loss or Damage to Property
Please be advised we are not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay with us or during your participation in any of our arranged activities. Nor will we be responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or property contained within such whilst parked on or entering/leaving the premises. We will not accept any responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which may be caused directly or indirectly by events outside our control such as late arrival of international or domestic flights, civil disturbances, fire, flood, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government or failure of any machinery or equipment.

Check in time is 2.00pm and check out time is 11:00am.
